The Church of Pentecost Singapore is a small Pentecostal church with an English and Tamil ministry. I was tasked to redesign their website to attract new members and volunteers.
To gain a deeper understanding of the requirements, I attended the Church’s service and talked with the Pastor to learn more about the Church and their website objectives.
We analysed the old website to identify its issues, what we could improve and retain.
After understanding the Church, the client’s needs, and identifying the issues with the old website, a project proposal document was sent to the client outlining all the deliverables and timeline with the focus on the following:
Adding new pages to attract more members and volunteers
Simplifying and rearranging content
Following brand colors
User Interface
We opted for a modern aesthetic featuring curved edges and a san-serif font, seamlessly integrating the logo’s colour palette to appeal to a younger audience.
